Second Sunday in OTR

Mark your calendars for the next Second Sunday on Main – June 14th. This time we’re celebrating our four-legged friends with Mainly Dogs. Bring Fido down for a walk down Main and enjoy bands, food, drinks, shopping and fun in the heart of Over The Rhine.

Stick around for the Dog contest where our panel of celebrity judges will award prizes for Best Dressed, Best Kisser, Best Dog Trick and Cutest Pooch. Think your dog has what it takes to go from SSOM to David Letterman? Come to Second Sunday on Main and find out. Remember, don’t miss a second!

Second Sunday on Main is looking for volunteers for this Sunday’s (5/10) event. If you can spare one hour (or more!) of your day to pitch in for a great event, we’ve got tons of great things to do to help out. Be a beer ambassador, help set up or clean up, distribute flowers…you name it. Best of all you’ll be hanging out with all of your friends who love Main Street as much as you do. Each Second Sunday event features local live music, Christian Moerlein Beer Garden, celebrity chef demonstrations and wine pairings along with a chance to shop Main Street’s boutiques and specialty vendors…plus…

· 12pm – Samba Parade

· Free flowers from City Roots to the first 200 Moms

· 2:30pm – Cooking demo by Joanne Drilling of Slim’s, Falling Wall Condos on 1419 Main St.

· Recycled fashion from Megpie Vintage.

· Street Artisans including Visionaries & Voices

· 12pm – Cris Smith from FITNEXT Training will teach an Urban Operative Boot Camp

· 2pm Author Teresa Eklund will also be on hand to describe her journey in writing the book, Unquenchable Fire, at c4yourself art gallery at 1339 Main St.
